Go to 'Transaction list', selected the account to share and then click on 'Edit account'.
Then look on the 'Share project' and enter the Username / E-mail of the other user that will show the account.
Then an e-mail will be sent with an invitation that he/she must confirm.
From now, you can change his permisions to read/write in this page too.
