Scotiabank also has a good interest rate now going at 3.5% with no minimum balance. Last time I checked, Presidents Choice required a 1000 minimum to qualify for the 3%

Also, to add on the bring your own lunch and stuff.... Make your own coffee at home. Invest in a timed coffee maker, so that every morning, its ready to go, and your not spending a ton of money at your nearest starbucks, sure, its not the same thing, but there are many specialty coffee brands that do taste awesome, and over the long run, you'll save a lot. good luck guys
