Intuitive Eating

Rate your hunger on a scale from 1 to 10. If its 7 and + then go ahead and eat. But under, find something else to do.

Ask yourself if you're really hungry or if it is something else (boredom, stress,etc)

Stop eating after 10 minutes then wait another 10 minutes for the next bite to see if you are still hungry.
