Originality and Grocery Shopping

If you're not a picky eater, always buy the new versions of everything. They're usually cheaper because they're just being introduced, and unless you're really firm about always eating the same thing, make up for a nice change. Examples of this are granola bars in new flavors, multigrain cereal, new flavors of juice, etc.

#1     Not bad. I typically try to stay with a few 'meals' for breakfast and lunch. I'll eat the same things for a week or two, then switch it up. If you are eating foods you like, this is seldom a problem. Also, by giving myself some flexibility at dinner, even on days where I'm not 'in the mood' for my lunch, I know that something tasty and different is only a few hours away.
